Platform Integration & Embedding

Embedding Pragbase on your website is simple:

  1. Configure Your AI: Set up your knowledge base and customize settings
  2. Get Embed Code: Go to Widget Configuration and click "Copy Code"
  3. Add to Website: Paste the code into your website's HTML (before closing </body> tag)
  4. Test & Launch: Verify the widget appears and functions correctly

Note: The embed code automatically updates when you change settings, so customize first, then copy.

Rate Limits & Plans

Here are the current rate limits for each Pragbase plan:

Free Plan

  • Messages: 100 per month
  • Sources: Up to 15 knowledge sources
  • File Size: 10MB maximum per file
  • Pages per Document: Up to 50 pages

Pro Plan

  • Messages: 2,000 per month
  • Sources: Up to 100 knowledge sources
  • File Size: 30MB maximum per file
  • Pages per Document: Up to 100 pages

Enterprise Plan

  • Messages: Unlimited
  • Sources: Unlimited knowledge sources
  • File Size: Custom limits
  • Pages per Document: Custom limits

Note: Rate limits reset monthly on your signup anniversary date. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limits.

When you reach your rate limits, here's what happens:

  • Message Limit: You'll see a friendly notification when you're approaching your limit, and the AI will stop responding once you've used all your monthly messages
  • Source Limit: You won't be able to add new knowledge sources until you remove existing ones or upgrade your plan
  • File Size Limit: Files larger than your plan's limit will be rejected during upload
  • Page Limit: Documents with more pages than your limit will be truncated during processing

Pro Tip: Monitor your usage in the dashboard to avoid hitting limits unexpectedly. You can upgrade your plan anytime to increase your limits.

Upgrading your Pragbase plan is simple:

  3. Quick Processing: We typically process upgrades within 24-48 hours
